The BCD-9030D is 6.325mm (0.249) digit height seven digit seven-segment display.

This product use super yellow chips , which are made from AlGaInP on GaAs substrate.

This product have a black face and white segments.
The content percentage of lead (Pb) and cadmium (Cd) in lead PIN:Pb0.001%;Cd:0%.
